Information 01.11.2023

Dear Partners,

As we have already informed you from 1 September 2023, Rail Cargo Terminal - BILK Zrt. has introduced stricter security and loading conditions for drivers, which they were temporarily required to declare in writing upon each entry.

Hereby we would like to inform you that from 30 October 2023, the occasional declarations will be replaced by an online training platform, available in 9 languages, which will enable drivers to learn about the safety and loading rules in force at Rail Cargo Terminal - BILK Zrt. The chapters will be followed by a short quiz and after passing the test, the driver will receive a QR code to enter the terminal area.

The code is valid for one year, so access needs to be renewed annually.

The system is also able to send information directly to the drivers, so in the future we will use this platform as a communicational channel to notify drivers in case of any extraordinary event at the terminal.

During the testing period the two access methods will work in parallel, but from 1 January 2024, drivers will only be able to enter the terminal with a valid QR code.

The online security and loading information is available on the following website:  https://www.intasite.com/kiosk/rail-cargo-terminal-bilk/

Registration is required to access the online training platform.

Should any problem arise while using the system, please send an e-mail to gatesecurity.rct.bilk@railcargo.com
