We would kindly inform you that next week (week 38.) the scheduled/regular maintenance work of the gantry crane will shift from Wednesday to Thursday between 07:00 a.m. – 01:00 p.m., during this period the service with crane will be suspended, so within this time interval containers positioned under the crane track area cannot be picked up.

 

Please, notify your partners and plan your activities accordingly.

We would kindly like to inform you about the following latest regulations of Rail Cargo Terminal – BILK Zrt. due to the COVID 19 prevention.

 

  • From 09. September 2020 9:00 a.m. all employees, drivers and other personnel are required to have a body temperature checks at the main entrance.
  • We urge you to use facial masks and the available hand sanitizers around the facility.

When anyone examined at the gate having 37,5 C or above body temperature, entrance can be denied.

Dear Partners,

 

As we have already informed you, due to an operational incident happened on 29th July 2020, the second gantry crane of the Terminal has been temporarily removed, so currently the service is provided by a gantry crane in addition to our rechstackers.

In order to minimize the unexpected failures and avoid technical problems, 6 hours crane maintenance will be introduced once a week from the 36. week.

Due to planning reasons the works will take place on Wednesdays between 07:00 a.m – 01:00 p.m. During this period the service with crane will be suspended, so within this time interval containers positioned under the crane track area cannot be picked up.

Services from other areas of the Terminal (drop off/pick up)  are handled by our reachstackers, road arriving drop offs, depot related traffics and all other services are provided in this way.

Dear Partners,

 

We are pleased to inform you that in accordance with the planned schedule the removal works of the damaged crane has been completed, the emergency situation has been eliminated.

At the same time the danger zone has been released, thus the containers in this area have become accessible.

Following the usual administration process with our Customer Service, the units can be picked up.

Over the next few days, with all the resources at our disposal, we will strive to process the backlog of the accumulated traffic so far and produce a significant improvement of the provided rail and road service as well.
